Ingredients

  •  
1 kg of ground beef
  •  
1 chopped seedless tomato
  •  
1 chopped onion
  •  
2 garlic clove
  •  
Chopped parsley
  •  
2 garlic clove
  •

Salt
  •  
Black pepper
  •  
12 strips of bacon

Instructions

Chop the onion, garlic, tomato and parsley. Place the meat, tomato, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper in a bowl and mix with your hands until it forms a dough.
Take an amount of dough and mold into a medallion shape. Wrap the pieces in bacon strips, and secure using toothpicks. Repeat the process until you run out of dough.
Transfer the medallions to a baking sheet, and bake them in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 50 minutes.
